Introduction

Workplace & Corporate Wellbeing Workshops are incredibly beneficial for boosting employees morale, state of mind and wellbeing. Stress is the number one reason which affects work productivity, wellbeing and interpersonal relationships. Most people are struggling with excess stress levels, poor health, low morale/self-esteem, anxiety, depression, frustration, lack of focus or concentration. This impacts on their working life and can make the workplace pressure-filled. chaotic, confusing and unpleasant to work in.

Meditation and mindfulness are an effective way to reduce stress and increase focus, wellbeing, and employee performance. Meditation is easy when you know how and receive effective techniques with guidance to refocus and calm the mind. Not only will you and your employees be happier and easier to get along with, you will also increase your productivity, clarity, focus, wellbeing, state of mind, and quality of work.

We can provide many different formats for Workplace & Corporate Wellbeing Workshops from a 1 hour or afternoon workshop, to a whole day or weekly sessions online and at your workplace.

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

The Workplace & Corporate Wellbeing Workshops are delivered online or in-person at your workplace. If the workshops are delivered online, the session can be recorded so those who are not able to attend can watch it at a later date.

Each workshop can be tailor-made for your organisation. Check out the selection of existing themes from Beginners Meditation & Mindfulness to more focused topics which inspire and motivate.

Resources with instructions and information are provided digitally for the online workshops, and in the form of paper handouts for in-person workshops.

Workplace Wellbeing Workshop Themes

It has been proven to be more effective in engaging people’s attention by choosing themes for the Wellbeing Workshops. It also makes the understanding and ability to apply what is learnt more relatable for each persons individual perspective and situation.

Guided Meditation Online Sessions

After the initial workshop has been delivered, it is important and hugely beneficial to receive ongoing guidance to establish a new daily habit. The benefits of meditation and mindfulness are accumulative, so weekly guided sessions serve to help cultivate a more stable experience of calm, clarity and wellbeing.

These online Guided Meditation Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are typically delivered weekly over the lunchtime period to provide a dose of calm and pointers for practising meditation most effectively. In addition, these weekly sessions provide inspiration and motivation to encourage your employees to maintain their own meditation practice.

If you don’t have time for a weekly Guided Meditation Session, there are options for fortnightly or monthly sessions. These Guided Meditation Sessions can also be provided at the end of the workday if that suits your work schedule better.

The price for a Guided Meditation Session is reduced if you select the weekly option and pay monthly in advance. Please ask for more details.
