Introduction

WHAT IS MEDITATION?
Meditation is more than just relaxation. It is a way to experience life beyond limiting thoughts and overwhelming emotions. You can learn how to experience peace, happiness, fulfilment and clarity in each and every moment.

An effective meditation technique does the job for you. It works each and every time like pushing a ‘peace’ button. Rather than just experiencing fleeting peace while you practice, it also changes your relationship with your mind and body. This transforms your experience and creates a whole new mode of operation.

Peace is for life, not just for when you close your eyes.


Facebook Group

PEACE OR PAIN
This Facebook group is designed to support you in your meditation practice. As the title suggests, there is a choice – peace or pain. Pain is always possible, but suffering is optional. Suffering takes on the form of physical, mental or emotional pain.

A meditation practice and ongoing support within this group can (and does) help you to reduce suffering and gain an experience of peace. From a fleeting experience to a more deep and stable one. All it takes is the willingness to listen and explore along with the group.

There are cards posted weekly with tips and exercises to explore what is possible in your own experience. It is a safe space to ask questions and share your experience.

We all have challenges in life. However, everything is easier when we walk through life together as a community of souls who just want a better life.

MEDITATION MADE EASY

10 Week Online Course – £149

This course gives an insight into meditation and you will learn how to make it easy simple and enjoyable. 10 sessions will take you through the basic theory and a step-by-step meditation practice which we will build as the course progresses. Includes some exercises, guidance, mantra, breath and visualisation meditation techniques. There will also be plenty of time for any questions you may have.

MEDITATION FOR ALLEVIATING STRESS

This course will address every aspect of stress within our mind, our body and our lives. From understanding why we get stressed, what makes us take on more stress, to applying this understanding in everyday real life situations. This understanding will then be applied through tips, exercises and techniques so we can de-stress and cultivate a calm state of being, a positive state of mind, and significantly reduce stress levels and tension held in the body.

Learn how to master your emotions and re-balance your emotional state of well-being using a variety of Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. From reducing the intensity of an emotional reaction to staying calm when confronted by a challenging situation or interaction. MEDITATION FOR HEALING RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships can be tricky to navigate, especially with those we are closest to. This course will breakdown the reasons why we find some people challenging and what we can do about it to change our relationship dynamics. We will also nurture the relationship we have with ourselves, because it is the foundation for changing our relationship with everyone else.

Learn how to manage the symptoms of fatigue and other associated health issues. The unpredictability of fatigue can be frustrating and difficult to navigate in daily life. Ascension is an ancient and effortless practice akin to meditation which uses a series of simple techniques. The techniques can be used eyes closed, for deep rest and healing. Plus use them with eyes open for clarity, focus and a strong sense of calm. These techniques are mechanical and so require no effort or belief. They are easy to use and powerful to practice.

Using Ascension eyes closed releases the stored stress in your nervous system and cultivates a direct awareness of stillness and silence. Using Ascension eyes open stops you taking on any new stress, as well as retraining the brain to be more calm and clear throughout the busy modern day life. Intuition is cultivated – peace and happiness naturally arise in your experience. Ascension is great for beginners and experienced meditators alike. If you want more out of life, this is the practice for you!

Ascension is taught in person by two teachers at a course called a First Sphere. The Ishayas’ down-to-earth and experiential approach makes the course simple, relaxing and enjoyable. By the end of the course you will have everything you need for a self sufficient practice. After the course you will receive ongoing support from your First Sphere teachers. There are weekly meetings around the country online and in person to guide and inspire you to maintain your Ascension practice. We also have a website exclusively for Ascenders, with weekly webinars and other resources to keep your journey to permanent peace on track and rewarding along the way.
