WHAT IS MEDITATION?
Meditation is more than just relaxation. It is a way to experience life beyond limiting thoughts and overwhelming emotions. You can learn how to experience peace, happiness, fulfilment and clarity in each and every moment.

An effective meditation technique does the job for you. It works each and every time like pushing a ‘peace’ button. Rather than just experiencing fleeting peace while you practice, it also changes your relationship with your mind and body. This transforms your experience and creates a whole new mode of operation.

Peace is for life, not just for when you close your eyes.

MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

Beginners meditation class. No previous experience required.

Learn how to meditate effectively with simple meditation and mindfulness techniques. Step-by-step instruction with ongoing guidance to make the whole process easy and enjoyable.

MEDITATION MADE EASY

10 Week Online Course – £149

This course gives an insight into meditation and you will learn how to make it easy simple and enjoyable. 10 sessions will take you through the basic theory and a step-by-step meditation practice which we will build as the course progresses. Includes some exercises, guidance, mantra, breath and visualisation meditation techniques. There will also be plenty of time for any questions you may have.

Ascension is an ancient and effortless practice akin to meditation which uses a series of simple techniques. The techniques can be used eyes closed, for deep rest and healing. Plus use them with eyes open for clarity, focus and a strong sense of calm. These techniques are mechanical and so require no effort or belief. They are easy to use and powerful to practice.

Using Ascension eyes closed releases the stored stress in your nervous system and cultivates a direct awareness of stillness and silence. Using Ascension eyes open stops you taking on any new stress, as well as retraining the brain to be more calm and clear throughout the busy modern day life. Intuition is cultivated – peace and happiness naturally arise in your experience. Ascension is great for beginners and experienced meditators alike. If you want more out of life, this is the practice for you!

Ascension is taught in person by two teachers at a course called a First Sphere. The Ishayas’ down-to-earth and experiential approach makes the course simple, relaxing and enjoyable. By the end of the course you will have everything you need for a self sufficient practice. After the course you will receive ongoing support from your First Sphere teachers. There are weekly meetings around the country online and in person to guide and inspire you to maintain your Ascension practice. We also have a website exclusively for Ascenders, with weekly webinars and other resources to keep your journey to permanent peace on track and rewarding along the way.

These 1-2-1 Meditation Lessons are for beginners and experienced Meditators. You will be guided to experience watching the mind most effectively and given a technique to use at home. There are many traps of the mind and future lessons support you to keep your meditation practice simple and easy. Experienced Meditators are provided with guidance to refine their practice making it more efficient and effective.
