THE IMPACT OF STRESS
Stress has an impact on every aspect of our lives. It can be overwhelming at times and difficult to relax or see a way out. It affects our mental and physical health as well as our emotional wellbeing. Meditation is an effective tool for combating stress.
Using meditation and mindfulness techniques we can begin to reduce our stress levels and experience calm. These techniques also build up a resilience and prevent us from taking on more stress. Stress shows up in many different ways.

This course will address every aspect of stress within our mind, our body and our lives. From understanding why we get stressed, what makes us take on more stress, to applying this understanding in everyday real life situations. This understanding will then be applied through tips, exercises and techniques so we can de-stress and cultivate a calm state of being, a positive state of mind, and significantly reduce stress levels and tension held in the body.

Learn how to master your emotions and re-balance your emotional state of well-being using a variety of Mindfulness and Meditation techniques. From reducing the intensity of an emotional reaction to staying calm when confronted by a challenging situation or interaction. Emotions can overwhelm us and rule our life when we don’t address the root causes. This course will help uncover the reasons why we are reactive and emotionally triggered. We will cultivate a more balanced emotional state and learn to process and re-frame our emotions.
